some stuff on love and val-day and cons!

first of all holy shit katsu has been gr8 sooooooo much holyshit! the only setbacks are that i was a complete baka and forgot my kuzu wig/didnt get pirateara done in time and also was/am tired as heck but all of that worked out mostly and on a scale of losing luggage this is much preffered!

secondly so much is right! got pins of both controversial fictional waifuhusbandos, some prints, met friends, made new friends, and found out about new stuff! unfortunately the nendos i was looking for werent available but that means i didnt end up spending as much right! got to go to two (three?) really great events fri. and im goin to some cool stuff tonight too! i have had rlly pissy/annoyed moments at the con and apologies to all who had to suffer through it, but holyshit my feelings all everywhere there were so many people cosplaying my obscure fandoms and i got to talk to them like wow yessssssss (and maybe ill even cosplay with them in the future hhhhhhhhhhhhh)

the love part sorta involves this, like youd think a single cynical nerd like me would not rlly be all like ok with val-day but no its cool and even tho last years was like auuuuugggggghhhh why (for totally platonic reasons) i got to meet some rlly cool people and spend time with really great friends and it just filled my whole self with so much happiness and love that i dont need any rl conventional relationships i have my own sorta thing and its still love even tho its not the same typical type and im cool with it so why not right

the con was super cool omg there were a lot of cool things that happened

i got rlly nice photoshoots all of the days and actually met nice people there like wth also spent time with nice people id known before and that was great as well!

ive gotten a lot of loot there as well including aobey yessssssssssss

and luckily it wasnt too bad going back to school today

also the waifu was there. slowly and surely im going to find all of the nh games and make out with them nah that would be weird no but seriously they had donkos game there yeeeeee

what i love most is when people remember these little things you've told them before like "i hate melon" and "my sister is allergic to bread" and they remember it. it makes me feel so warm inside knowing that they actually listen and remember these details <3

Alright, sorry for posting this on my main blog, but I just had an idea.

Would anyone who is planning on attending the Baltimore Book Festival next year (end of September) like to do a sorta casual cosplay? I would like to do some cosplays for it, I'm thinking of someone from the Percy Jackson series, possibly a Shakespeare or Arcadia character, or possibly Amalthea from The Last Unicorn or Katrina van Tassel from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow if I am able to finish the dresses.

Would anyone possibly want to do a cosplay meetup one of the days? Just as whatever character from whatever books! Comics would be totally included, as well as books based off movies or movie versions of book characters!

the night before i go to romance the babe and im staying up late watching shakespeare parodies and dressing like junko enoshima

to be fair the babe is actually the theater company down the street and im just going to see a shakespeare play so thats sorta understandable

i should be doing my laundry and getting to sleep and sensible stuff

and then three meetups this weekend, and knotts, and rileys, and disneyland too prolly. gosh just have to stop by nicks burritos and in n out and the beach and its about as socal-ish as it can get, haha

anyways, ill be rose at a meet on thurs. i think, then trickster kankri on friday, and junko on saturday. maybe "spoilers" junko idk
