Utilizing the Emma Heesters & Mike Attinger cover of “Scared to be Lonely,” Ciesta begins the track with emotional piano chords underneath the powerful vocal performance before building us up and dropping us into a vibey, melodic future bass drop layered with perfectly executed wobble synths and pitched up and chopped vocals acting as the melody line. A second breakdown/verse injects more of the euphoric, emotional tones providing the perfect opportunity to sing along, before Ciesta takes us back up and drops us into the second future bass drop, this time layering the vocals on top.
