that’s a great idea!!!!!!!!!! imo tattooing advice or things that can help u is pivotal. just think, bad memories are in your mind forever, sadly… why not just put something on your body forever that can help. ur body is ur canvas
truuu that's a good way to look at it. i do get sad a lot and when you have probs w depression you oftentimes overlook how resilient you have to be to deal w it. this was really really good advice, thank you Lexi!
