New hobby is watching old historical fiction films
Tonight's is "The Black Knight" with Peter Cushing. Going in blind.

Next attempt is "robin hood the movie" from 1991 we'll see how far I get in this one
Update: well, I watched the whole thing, and while it wasn't what I'd call good, it wasn't terrible. I did enjoy their incorporations of some of the classic robin hood stories (the bout with little John and the tinker(?) who kept his money inside the sole of his boot. They had interesting subplots where Marian Fitzwalter first freed Robin from prison and later was framed for murder and won trial by combat via a proxy. I couldn't tell if it was robin disguised as a serf freed by her family or actually a freed serf. Wouldn't watch again, but it was okay as background for crochet
