Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the maple syrup mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F 75C. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
