Oh, I made a post like last summer or some shit about how dumb it is that game companies refuse to make certain games available to buy directly (i.e. old games, games that were never localized, etc.) and then get mad if you pirate them even though they’re not losing any revenue since there was no way for you to give them money for it in the first place (in other words, someone not buying something that you’re not selling is not a loss of profit)
I was just kinda rambling at the time, but the post somehow blew up and then a few months later some hentai blogger reblogged it with the addition “a commie wrote this.” Then when I made fun of them for having just been cryogenically unfrozen from the 1950s, they said “I triggered the commie.” and then deleted both posts, which is the funniest interaction I have ever had with a stranger online

I keep getting what I'm pretty sure is a spoofing phone call from the number for the CSC, claiming there is something illegal done connected to my SSN. The voice on the phone is a woman's and is choppily pasted together and automated. Is this a new scam going on or should I be genuinely concerned that my SSN was stolen?

Its not petty. Its genuinely perpetuating fatphobia to erase a canonically fat character as being such, and to redraw them as thing. Definitely not a petty thing, definitely a mood to dislike.
Honestly yeah that’s what I was telling myself when I think like this, because like. It’s a weird thing to omit, but personally it also says a lot about the person doing the art as well
