Andrew and Ashley live in a town that is often seen as dreary. Cold, moody, judgmental, full of cynical neighbors - overall, a miserable place to live. However! With the arrival of Summer, there is one small bit of joy: a local town fair, which the siblings have visited almost yearly.
Despite having planned to take his girlfriend, Julia, out for a date - instead, Ashley worms her way into the scene. The story of Andrew's life, and yet, he finds himself enjoying their time far more than he would otherwise.
The days of Andy and Leyley are far gone, replaced with awkward teenaged drama and a brazen denial of feelings. Growing up is hard, and both siblings have their own personal thoughts on the changing times. Though, just for tonight, they want to try and enjoy each other's company again.
