Transferring an old vinyl LP to digital is not as simple as you might think. There are whole worlds of differences in compression and EQ. Luckily I have DJ El Kool Kyle @sonidobaylando who knows these intricacies backwards and forwards. We're going to take this Radio Broadcast and clean it up. The recording's not all that bad to begin with but it can definitely sound better. Went to my folks house and found one of the crappy 2 megapixel shots I took of the Cirque Nuit story in the Picayune. The guy at the Times-Picayune was really cool to me when I visited (in 2002) but the fact is the records are mostly gone.
