Relaxing for a few minutes at the field.
3 weeks ago we left Hangzhou for October break, the first break of the year. We had just come back from our exciting trip in Tongzhou and I was exhausted! It was a really fun trip and I had a lot of fun, during homestay, exploration time and just biking around the island. Hong Kong bound, we all wore our Me Project t-shirts, making us look like a large group of weird yellow minion people. We had to wait quite a long time at the airport before we were allowed to check in as we arrived around 2 hours too early!! I’m excited to go back to Hangzhou and am missing everyone who is there already!
HZx Exhibition Day 13/10/15 So today was (still is, at 8.50pm 😜) our second exhibition day for HZx and it had been awesome so far. Today was our showcase, where every learning team (all 14 of them) showed off what they did during exploration day, through a large multimedia presentation. Every group has its own big question and the aim of today was to celebrate and share those questions and discoveries, while also planning for learning journey 2. We are now in the process of creating our second learning journey, by going to seminars that will help us focus our individual questions, pose better interview questions and be able to slowly answer our question. My brain is slowly melting as I go through this day, we started from around 8.40 and will be ending at 8.50 tonight, with only two breaks for lunch and dinner in between. I am extremely proud of the work my team created with our big question: how does the Chinese government affect the lives of Chinese people? Slowly my individual question is evolving to something that I am very interested in and I'm excited to be able to continue this process. Will post more later about the day, thanks guys 😊
The Beginning
Hi non-existant guys, this is a blog where I am going to share my thoughts, questions and discoveries on and about the world, specifically Hangzhou, where I am currently. Any questions or personal thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
