UPSC का इतिहास : history of UPSC

भारत में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ( यूपीएससी ) की स्थापना अक्टूबर 1926 में हुई थी और इसकी स्थापना भारत सरकार अधिनियम 1919 और 1924 में ली आयोग द्वारा शिफारिशो के तहत किया गया था| इस आयोग का मुख्यालय धौलपुर हाउस, नई दिल्ली में है| भारत की आजादी के बाद, 1950 में भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार संघीय लोक सेवा आयोग के रूप में स्थापित किया गया था| उसके  बाद से हर साल यह परीक्षा होती है| इसके जरिये भारतीय सिविल सेवा अधिकारियो का चयन होता है| 26 जनवरी 1950 को इसे संवैधानिक दर्जा देने के साथ ही संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) का शीर्षक दिया गया था| UPSC एक संवैधानिक संस्था है|  UPSC के पहले अध्यक्ष के रूप में एच.के.कृपलानी  थे| संघ लोक सेवा आयोग का पुराना नाम "लोक सेवा आयोग " था| औपनिवेशिक शासनकाल के दौरान इसका नाम ' फेडरल पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन ' था| भारत सरकार अधिनियम 1935 के तहत इस आयोग को क़ानूनी अधिकार दिया गया था| सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा :- भारत में सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा पहली बार 1922 में आयोजित किया गया था तब इस परीक्षा का नाम इंडियन इम्पेरियल सर्विसेस था| एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 1922 तक सिविल सर्विस परीक्षा सिर्फ लन्दन में होता था| लार्ड कार्नवालिस को भारतीय सिविल सेवा का जनक माना जाता है|

UPSC ,यूपीएससी   UPSC परीक्षा के चरण : UPSC exam stages यूपीएससी सिविल सेवा परीक्षा तीन चरणों में पूरा होता है| - प्रारंभिक परीक्षा ( prelims exam) - मुख्य परीक्षा ( mains exam) - साक्षात्कार (interview) 1. प्रारंभिक परीक्षा :- prelims exam में दो paper होते है और यह वस्तुनिष्ट प्रकार का होता है|  इसमें एक paper सामान्य अध्ययन का और दूसरा CSAT का होता है| इसमें दोनों paper 200 अंक के होते है| पहले paper में 100 सवाल और दुसरे paper में 80 सवाल होते है| prelims एग्जाम में पास होने के लिए 200 अंक में से 66 अंक लाना होता है अर्थात 33% लाना आवश्यक होता है| 2. मुख्य परीक्षा :-  mains exam में नौ paper होते है| - भारतीय भाषा (paper-A) - अंग्रेजी भाषा (paper-B) - 4 सामान्य अध्ययन के - एक निबंध के - और दो वैकल्पिक विषय के इसमें से दो paper को क्वालीफाईन्ग paper होते है जबकि 7 paper मेरिट के लिए होते है| क्वालीफाईन्ग paper 300 अंक के होतेही और बाकी paper 250 अमको के होते है| हर paper के लिए तीन घंटे का समय मिलता है| क्वालीफाईन्ग paper पास करने के बाद ही बाकी के 7 paper की जाँच की जाती है|  यह कुल 1750 अंक का paper होता है| 3. साक्षात्कार :- मुख्य परीक्षा पास करने के बाद Candidate Interview के लिए जाता है| अर्थात उन्हें साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाता है जिसमे उनके पर्सनालिटी की जाँच की जाती है तथा सामन्य जानकारी, अपने बारे में, देश ,राज्य,शहर,गाँव,कानून आदि के बारे सामान्य सवाल करते है|  यह 275 अंक का होता है इसे पास करने के बाद आपको पोस्ट दिया जाता है पोस्ट रैंक के अनुसार और जितने पद होते है उसके अनुसार दिए जाते है|

UPSC Candidate , यूपीएससी उम्मीदवार यूपीएससी का उद्देश्य : Objective of UPSC UPSC का उद्देश्य देश की सिविल सेवाओ में अधिकारियो का चयन कर भर्ती कराना है| UPSC के काम :- - UPSC जो पद निकालती है उसमे सर्वोत्तम उपयुक्त लोगो को लाना | - समूह ए और समूह बी में अखिल भारतीय सेवाओ और केन्द्रीय सेवाओ के लिए कर्मियों की भर्ती के लिए सरकार को ज्ञापित करना| - सिविल सेवको की भर्ती, अधिकारियो की नियुक्ति और पदोन्नति के लिए परीक्षा का आयोजन करना आदि| UPSC के पद : post of upsc संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के जरिये कुल 24 अलग-अलग सिविल सेवा पदों को भरा जाता है| UPSC में सबसे बड़ा पद कैबिनेट सचिव का होता है| यह पद भारत सरकार का वरिष्ठ सिविल सेवा अधिकारी होता है| यह पद प्रधामंत्री के अधीन होता है| UPSC में प्रमुख पद IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS आदि होते है| यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को सबसे पहले राज्य में उप जिलाधिकारी (SDM) के रूप में काम करता है इसके बाद IAS अधिकारी को तहसील की कानून व्यवस्था सँभालने की जिम्मेदारी दी जाती है| IAS बनने के बाद सबसे पहली पोस्टिंग SDM या असिस्टेंट कमिश्नर के पद पर होता है| सत्येन्द्र नाथ टैगोर 1863 में UPSC परीक्षा पास करने वाले पहले भारतीय थे| इन्हें ICS पद मिला था| UPSC का सफलता दर : success ratio of UPSC यह परीक्षा भारत की सबसे कठिन परीक्षा है| हर साल लाखो छात्र इस परीक्षा में शामिल होते है और उनमे से सिर्फ 1 प्रतिशत लोगो का ही चयन हो पाता है| हर साल लगभग 10 लाख छात्र UPSC परीक्षा में बैठते है जिसमे से 0.02% छात्र ही सफल होते है| उदाहरण के लिए 2022 में 11.52 लाख उम्मीदवारों ने यह परीक्षा दी इसमें से 13090 परीक्षार्थी prelims में सफल हुए थे| इसमें से सिर्फ 2529 परीक्षार्थी मुख्य परीक्षा पास कर पाए थे| इसका मतलब कुल उम्मीदवारों में से सिर्फ 19.3% ही साक्षात्कार के लिए पहुंचे थे|  UPSC में हिंदी माध्यम के छात्रो की सफलता दर 10 से 15 प्रतिशत ही है| साल 2021 में हिंदी माध्यम का परिणाम 4-5 प्रतिशत तक था|  हिंदी माध्यम में ख़राब परिणाम के कारन ही 5% उम्मीदवार हिंदी माध्यम का चयन करते है इसमें अंग्रेजी भाषा के उम्मीदवार ज्यादा होते है| यह भी पढ़े :-  1.Social Media Use And Misuse : सोशल मीडिया अच्छा या बुरा देखिये सम्पूर्ण जानकारी 2.Kisan andolan : किसान आन्दोलन का इतिहास और वर्तमान देखिये सबकुछ 3.Artificial Intelligence | AI की दुनिया देखे क्या होगा आने वाले समय में 4.Cricket : क्रिकेट देखिये इसके इतिहास से लेकर वर्तमान तक की सारी जानकारी 5.Relation of India And China : भारत और चीन के सम्बन्ध देखिये सारी जानकारी Read the full article

UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam 2021 To Be Held On June 27 and notification soon. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has confirmed on Wednesday that the Civil Services preliminary exam will be held on June 27. Regarding the registration, the UPSC has said, "detailed Notifications for CSE-2021 and IFoSE-2021 shall be published in due course." When Civil Services 2021 IAS exam notification release Civil Services exam 2021 (CSE 2021) and Indian Forest Service exam (IFoSE 2021) notifications are expected to be released today. Civil Services Exam is held every year for selection of candidates in Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service and other civil services through a preliminary exam, a main exam and a personal interview. As per the UPSC calendar, the preliminary part of the Civil Services Exam will be held on June 27. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be called for main exam and then interview. Extra attempt chance for aspirants in UPSC PRE EXAM In a related development, the Centre has said that it is against granting one-time relaxation on age limit to UPSC civil service aspirants, including those who had exhausted their last attempt in 2020 exam amid the COVID-19 pandemic and would get one more chance this year provided they are not age barred, as it would be discriminatory to other candidates.
