What's wrong with these people? The same damn fucking thing that's wrong will all the assholes here in the US who keep voting for Republicans. Fear and MASSIVE (deliberate) ignorance. Grrrrrrr.

The politics of fear is so powerful. We’ve got to the point in the UK where the majority of people (mainly in England) are happy to throw whole sections of society out on the scrap heap and of course these people are the most vulnerable - but who cares right?! They deserve it for not being born into wealth like our politicians.

Suggestion - when possible, can you use a link to the tags in your posts? Much quicker for people to find! :)

Hi, yes I can do that sometimes, like for instance this particular post I could have done that, but it was pure laziness which had me just type check the tags. LOL

Sometimes we get the same requests over and over for ppl looking for a particular theme, when they can just check the tag before coming to us, which is why I stopped doing that. And sometimes people ask for very similar asks to ones that had been requested just days before, so I tend to get fed up of being redundant.

But yes I will take your suggestion and on some asks I will link the post! Thanks!! (and sorry for rambling lol)

And if anyone has any suggestions, recs or anything to say (no mean stuff!) send it our way! :)

As a writer and voracious reader, I fully encourage people to download my work and I have no intention of changing my habit of downloading material for reading at my convenience.

I'm glad we are getting authors responses to this issue! Take note people, so you know which author minds and doesn't mind! :)

Also, if I may interject, probably if you read the fic once (first) on the original site and leave feedback (comments, kudos, likes etc), then you download it, then it would be fine? I'm guessing some authors would like that alternative instead of just downloading/sharing it?
