The the future is bright! The kids are alright! I read through all 31 scholarship entries and essays for the #cwhmscholarship and I am so proud of these young people. The students are all graduating seniors going into healthcare fields who has to write a short essay explaining why. And I was moved by so many of their entries. We are down to 15 finalists. We will be awarding 2 scholarships. I wish we could awards all 15. These young people are amazing. We are proud to announce the Cameron W. Hill Memorial Scholarship, awarded in his honor to graduating seniors entering into nursing, medical and health sciences fields of study. It is my hope that our contributions to the future of healthcare will help create a healthier future for babies and their families. The Clarke Hill Foundation works to support families of preemies and those experiencing infant death due to complications of preterm birth, struggles our family knows first hand. A wise woman once said, “in order to move forward, you have to give back.” This is how we heal. This is how we create change. We reach and support our future. They are our hope.
