just moved schools, decided to check the library and found Ma. Soledad Lacson-Locsin's translation of El Filibusterismo. I have to say, this is a way easier version to read than Augenbraum's translation. It's way more succinct with it's commentary, the differences are already really clear from the get-go, reading Lacson-Locsin's translation of the first chapter made the commentary of the Tabo real clear.
