Spent literally all day on computer

Brain started to go bad. One of those “remember every insult everyone has ever thrown at you and also what if they’re right?” things that tend to come out of nowhere and start some long obsessive anxiety spiral.

So I just got myself up and cleaned out all the old stuff in our fridge

It was a lot

I had to sit back down at the computer to let my stomach settle because there was some nasty stuff in there

But at least my brain is doing better
