#cleotalking is used for anything that i post or reblog with like actual sentences.
#cleobadblogs is anything that i just throw at the wall. reblogs or posts that are not thought through.
#cleorb is anything on that i reblog.
#cleoqueue is anything that i put in queue (obviously)
#personal is also a tag i use... just anything that is likely tmi.
Sometimes it fucking sucks to get out of bed. I have CFS, and those mornings where it decides to make my life especially hard, I struggle.
The frustrating thing, as an AFAB person, I already have that entire week of the month where my body is completely highjacked out of control. And I can't just pause life.
Honestly the best thing I've come up with is just, get out of the house. Dress up (despite the exhaustion, make yourself get up), if you have the bank at the moment, then buy a little something - maybe a 3 dollar drink at a gas station. And go anywhere. Library, Airport Overlooks, Starbucks,or just park your car somewhere.
Get work done, set a timer, drink water. Listen to something motivating that gets your legs fidgeting and bouncing. 80's music is killer for that.
guys... guess what --
i had this really brilliant and interesting idea i wanted to explore by posting about it. and I.... forgot about it.
: )
that feeling when you wake up well rested but apple watch tells you it was only 4hrs and 24minutes and suddenly the exhaustion hits.
