I’m so proud of the work the young photographers shared at The @cleprintroom “Pause” Gallery show last week. Raymond Jacobs. As I walked the west 25th area, I made my way to the Westside Market and I could see Raymond in the square across the street. He was sitting on a bench, offering a news periodical to passerby’s. No one was even paying him any attention. I decided I would approach and talk with him. We sat for a while and discussed the day, after I purchased the paper I asked could I create a few images of him and he happily let me. I created these images in 2019 for the 20/20 project for @clevelandpubliclibrary and @cleprintroom.
