This client comes with some minor updates, I added multicore optifine and REI's minimap. You should just be able to extract over the last client install but if that doesn't work then just delete the old client folder and run this one.

This version 0.3 of the modded client, to use just extract somewhere safe and run MultiMC. After it open double click the "Dat Server" instance (or select and click play whatever floats your boat) supply your login details and play!
