There have been instances when Tinder users have reported that they have lost their matches from their Tinder account and are not able to connect to them any further. It is possible that this may be a temporary issue and by following certain protocols you can retrieve all that was lost from your Tinder account.
There are certain reasons behind all the matches being disappeared. These reasons are:
1. Your matches might have unmatched you.
In case some of your matches are disappeared, it is quite possible that they might have unmatched you due to some reasons. In case they have unmatched then nothing could get back to them.
2. Your matches might have deleted their accounts.
It is also possible that some of the matches might have deleted their own account from Tinder app. Hence you are not able to find them on your tinder anymore.
3. Some sort of Tinder online bug.
It is possible that some sort of online the bug might have hit your Tinder account page and it needs to be fixed immediately. Try restarting the Tinder application a few times.
To resolve this issue, try logging out and logging back in on your Tinder account page. To log out from your account tap the icon on the top left-hand corner of the main screen followed by Settings and then Log out. Also, users can visit tinder.com, where their previous matches and chat history can still be found.
