Realized I've never shared this here- Cloudbeasts are now a semi-open species! Anyone's allowed to make one (customs and adopts are fine too!)!
Only main restriction outside of the following the loose general guidelines listed in the image is that I don't allow redistributable/sellable bases for these!
Otherwise they can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, with plenty of options for horn/spike placements, neck fluff volume and shape, and especially cape shapes!
