Day 37. 12.58pm. 8C/47F. Things We Don’t See - Part III. 

What do you see here? Is it a leaf? A cloud? Or an abstract painting? The thin and delicate looking white strands in the sky are usually called contrails, though some people see them as chemtrails. Sometimes there are so many of them, that we loose the blue of the sky. 

Chemicals or not, the strands I see today seem to mimic something, as if they’re copying the structure of a leave. Or, who knows, maybe leaves are copying the clouds. Airplanes, humans, plants, and clouds, in the end we’re all the same. 

Like Dutch poet Leo Vroman wrote: ‘and still, everything we do is nature’. Even the most destructive chemicals come from the same source as we do.
