I’ve been playing with the idea of Aree being able to shift her body is several (reasonable) forms. Basically, as long it doesn't take up more material then she currently has available (aka the ash that makes up her body), she can change form into most living beings. Note, she has to try and master each from individually to take on the form with ease, she can’t just poof into a new form all willy-nilly. I imagine her first real attempt at shape shifting was based around ponies because that’s what she watched a lot of as a kid. Her second real try at a form would have lead to her small form coming into being, which she likes the most. Her most recent one would be an intimation of @thegrinningkitten sona, Jass (being that they are besties, I could see her wanting to supersize Jass with the form).
In any and all her forms, her colors, eyes, hair, and wings are a constant that she cannot adjust (she can put her wings away at any time though).
