Yay.
My life as a candy bowl.
Sat like the first photo, stock still, until someone came to get candy.
Some bricks were satisfyingly shat, and got side-eyed hard by a lot of kids.
And yes, they’re a bit blurry. No one could figure out the focus on my pixel even after I showed them.
Gentlepeople, here are potato quality photos of the first cosplay I ever did.
Lady from Devil May Cry. Yes, I built Kalina Ann.
Can’t do Thursday night shows with my schedule. Did a Friday night show.
No spoilers, but I will say: SUDDENLY, Sylvester Stallone!
OOC: I have a pompadour haircut and I can’t slick it fully back because I have about five cowlicks that prevent that.
Work in progress, new standin for Coulson’s prosthetic. It’s a far less ‘subtle’ design, what with the wrist band and gap, BUT, it’s a batter’s glove. It won’t shred if it touches velcro, like the black silk liners I’ve been previously using.
How well it’ll jibe with the rest of my cosplay hasn’t been seen, but I’m starting to have confidence.
This is one of FOUR projects I’m trying to finish before AKon. The other three are the lit Icer (sanded out, now being painted), a holster for the icer (holster I’m using as a pattern torn down, starting to skin in white leather), and the lit shield (project should be cut by the laser cutter and ready for pickup next Saturday).
Sanding bandito.
I did this in MS Paint and now you all have to look at it.
So there.
Don’t sneeze in a respirator.
