at the end of "amplification", we don't see derek with the others. it's the end of the day when emily and rossi leave. it's night when jj leaves and when hotch calls jack. and right after that we get the moreid hospital scene and it's clearly day. dereks looks so tired, i mean, his eyes...

thinking about him rushing to the hospital as soon as possible and staying up all night by spencer's side makes me feel insane. i'm surprised spencer still didn't give him a heart attack
