I'm pretty excited 😊 because I'm only on Day 9 and I am down 3% body fat, 4lbs of weight and up 3lbs of 💪 muscles! Simply because I am eating healthy, 🏋 lifting weights 4 days a week and having 3 active rest days! Rest Day means no weights! I hit some sprints and jogging for 3 miles with DRC DALLAS RUN CLUB! In addition I accumulated 16,010 Steps on my active rest day! #coachcolabikinitraining #1sttimebikinicompetitor #drc (at SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza)
