If it wasn't for the fact that 'Mr Chocolate' is a chef, I would have had no idea that we had a British variety of hazelnuts growing from a tree in our garden, also known as 'cob nuts' .... Now I HAVE to use these little beauties for some sort of recipe... maybe this fancy chocolate tart (see second pic) any other ideas? Grind it up to make some Gianduja spread?
