Where to begin... First of all, huge “True Grit” fan... not so much of this outfit. This blouse photographs as a mucus shade of green, and if that wasn’t enough, it’s see-through! Albeit she is eighteen and it is her body, but the peek-a-boo look is not doing it for me with this ensemble. Next up: the skirt. OHMYGOD this skirt. It looks like her stylist had to fight Ariel from “The Little Mermaid” for it! Was Rodarte going for the “catch of the day” look? I don’t understand. Which brings me to the shoes; they break up her legs in such an odd way, and she is such a gorgeous girl, it’s a shame! I would suggest another shoe that would make this outfit better, but the shoes are the least of this outfit’s problems.

In the absence of “Fashion Police” - rest in peace Joan Rivers - I found myself missing the near weekly commentary of the week’s fashion triumphs and looks that can only come from poor life choices. I am not attempting to be nearly as witty or cunning as Ms. Rivers, but I hope this blog will put a smile on your face.  I recognize that fashion is not the most important issue in the world, but it is something that has always been near and dear to my heart.
