i am going start takein classes to go back and do my G.E.D i can do this its in pell city but i have a oretoin to do before cuz the classes are online and its high and i dont want to fail and waste money but if i get x amonst of hours and get a good score i can get help playing i really wanted to fished school but i cant soo i am going do this i hope hell i am bored all day anyway

life been good to me

i found my love for fitness again i havent been on a workout suchele just work 2 days then rest and i found the love for yoga and hitt its werid i love walkin miles tryin to run but the workout videos gives me such more energy and i ant tried all the time with just cardio but i really want to get a hitt running thing that want make me ughh lol today i am doin arms and core yoga and its 27 mits long and i hopeing it gives me engery all her other videos do i just know i am finding the love in my self and the love for my streath . me and my hubby afterr 5 years stop trying we still freinds but i am dateing my bff that cares soo much for me he wants to speand time with me and he is just amazing u know my hubby cheated i am still freinds cuz u know i care for him but i think alot of my shit came from him cuz he was like i made u into lovein ur self yea but now i love myself for me but i am very happy idkk wat the frure holds but i ant stopin i am going be me and live life to the fullest @dragonfli17 @aubernutter @zazaxo @tayydubb @mybigfatfitlife @fitnessgeekandcoffeefreak

i was going do a 20 mit run workout thing from the tone it up girls me cant run for shit was going try had water, mp3 and the paper and phone yea mp3 keep dropin and idkk i gave up cuz it was hot and quess wat i did tryed to run without a sports bra heyy i used too my boobs have gotten smaller nope checklist and sporats bra lol like 2 mits in i gave rest day but u know wat i ant going beat my self up cuz i can do it i CAN

i get on here and i see people doin this and that and i see me trying to make myself  a workout for like 3 years with the help and guidelines of safety  from the hubby cuz he knows wat he doin.  but i seem to not do it idkk i want streath and muscles but i also want to run and do yoga and i try to make that work but lord i cant i feel like i always do to much cardio not eough streath damn yoga is one hell of a workout idkk.. finding wat works best for me is hard  any help ideas?? @aubernutter @fitnika @dragonfli17 @lifting-yogi anyone... after i posted this i had to come back a edite cuz i want to be healthy and workout and have fun i think i am getting to catch up with others i want to bike too i miss it after i sold it but no money right now ughh :(:(

health problems suck!!!

found out today that my brocistem atsma is really just atsma soo i got to take new inhaier 2x a day to help with my breathing now this workout stuff i really need to rethink cuz running maybe not a good idea right now idkk ready for my hubby to be home from work not long at all and i got a new nail poish today only painted one side and trying to call a doc back to get it cuz they want me to take it toinght but they called it in drug store says noo @dragonfli17 plus i need to make a new url idkk yet
