i swear to fuckin god I just spent about 6 hours writing more than 1000 lines of code for this fucking thing and as soon as I finished the last line the whole thing started wiggin the fuck out. like the game wouldn’t even give me a main menu, it wouldn’t even give me an error message, it’d just default straight to FUBAR. so I copy and paste the code into an empty test file and now???? for no discernible reason???? it doesn’t go straight disaster mode, I can get one line past the start button, and the reasons it’s giving me are weird and contradictory (like, whoop dee doo, looks like you can’t have anything for this character because X doesn’t exist. Also, X is improperly indented!)

Like I thought it was going well but now surely my novice ass has fucked up this code without realizing it, what the fuck do i do
