JUSTICE FOR THE WOLF WHO GOT TORTURED BY CODY ROBERTS, A JUDGE IN WYOMING
Cody Roberts filmed himself chasing a 9-month old female wolf on a snowmobile, laughing at her terror & exhaustion, repeatedly hitting her. He duct-taped her mouth, brought her to a bar. For hours, people took photos as she bled to death. Then he shot her.
Authorities have released few details about what happened beyond two short videos and a citation that showed he was fined $250 for possessing a live wolf. “He was a jokester about it,” the eyewitness said, “while the wolf was just sitting there [internally] bleeding to death.”
The wolf spent her last hours in incredible pain and terrified as she bled on the bar. The people recorded her, tainted her and laughed at her as she was dying.
Owner of the bar where this tragedy took place is Jeanne Ivie-Roberts, aunt of Cody Roberts. She posed with the wolf skin of the pup later and put a tape on her mouth to mock her death and people who were outraged.
Name of her bar is Green River Bar.

Cody Roberts of Daniel, Wyoming chased down a yearling wolf pup on a snowmobile, ran over it once it was too tired to flee, then duck taped the wolf's mouth and paraded the injured but still living wolf pup around town before finally putting it out of its misery. So far he's been fined. $250. That's it. This man is a monster and deserves to be locked up.
“On November 27th, 2022, the world’s largest volcano erupted for the first time in 38 years, hurling lava 500 feet into the sky. Photographed from a helicopter 13,000 ft above the sea, these photographs capture the history of Mauna Loa's eruption, and the thrilling metamorphosis of our living Earth.”

ANIMAL ABUSE TW:
I ran into this on reddit and thought I'd share. it's for people who live in Wyoming ONLY (likely because lots of signatures from people who aren't local constituents will make it less relevant to the people who make decisions).
for people OUTSIDE of Wyoming, there is a petition to reject the mans plea deal here

Editor's Note: Columnist Ted Williams provided the following update to this op-ed:
"Nehls’ bill would make it a felony to use “a motor vehicle to intentionally drive, chase, run over, kill, or take a wild animal on federal land.” Violators would “be subject to a fine up to $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or both, for each violation. [...] Wolf and coyote whacking is currently legal in Idaho as well as Wyoming. Technically, only coyote whacking is legal in Montana, but few can distinguish a young wolf from a coyote, and enforcement is almost impossible."
