Some event details!
I’m currently running another fandom event, but when that ends I will put together a full guide on this event. In the meantime…
All ships will be welcome!
We will have a nomination period in which people can request ships to include in the tag set. The only requirement is that at least 1 character in the ship must be from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (this includes OCs from the Clair Obscur world). This means crossovers are welcome! OCs are welcome! Gen or platonic ships are welcome! Ships with more than 2 people are welcome!
One note on OCs: requests can be as detailed as you like, but it will not be a requirement for your gifter to read x amount of fic you’ve already established to try and capture an OC. If you’re really particular about an OC’s backstory or portrayal, it may be better to request canon characters instead.
All ratings of works will be welcome!
Whether you want to request or make a G-rated work or something explicit, all is fair game!
Gifters are only obligated to follow the DNWs and ship choices.
Requesters can offer prompts as options or ideas for the gifters, but these are just that: prompts that the gifters can take or leave. Please take some time to think about your DNW (do not want) list before requesting!
Fanfiction and fanart are both accepted!
Artists and writers are both welcome to join! There’s no war between painters and writers here.
There will be an optional “appreciation period”!
We’ll have a period of time after the event where everyone is encouraged to comment on works in the collection. Anyone who completes a bingo card will receive a personalized banner!
There will be an optional discord server!
Participation in the server is not required, but will be encouraged!
Kink shaming will not be allowed.
In the discord server and on the AO3 event, instances of kink shaming will result in one warning, then a ban from the event and any future events that I run.
This includes things in DNW statements like “I don’t want anything gross like…” XYZ kink. It’s fine to not like something, but value judgements are unnecessary and will not be allowed.
