Creamy Coleslaw (serves 6-8)

14 oz bag of coleslaw mix (shredded green & red cabbage with matchstick carrots)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup white sugar (2 TB for less sweet)

2 tablespoons lemon juice (sub vinegar if no lemon juice)

2 tablespoons white vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste
