What you'll need in order to make this dish: the ingredients listed above, something to cut those ingredients with, and a bowl to contain the mixture in to chill in the fridge. That's it! It's incredibly easy to make. So feel free to steal this idea and enjoy the wonderfulness!
[Tips for success: follow instructions on the box/bag of quinoa (2 cups water for 1 cup quinoa), mix everything together shortly after quinoa has finished cooking, while still hot. The ingredients set better this way and tend to work together. Also, use 1 whole lemon, that should be enough to coat.]
