Picked up Age of the Primes Blast Off and honestly it's such a fun little toy. Very solid posing, intuitive and enjoyable transformation, and an incredibly sleek alt mode. If any complaints, the hands are a bit nothing and the side wings are a lil on the loose side, but honestly that's it, solid otherwise. Can't even be that mad at the price increase, it's just a nice figure that feels worth it.
Might just repurpose this blog for a general Transformers info dump space, specifically towards my own personal AU I've been cooking on and off for the past few years. Nothing super concrete—no major stories or anything—but it'd be nice to share some of my ideas out there with those interested.
I was gonna make a post about Nexus Prime and how his new figure is kinda lame, but I'm glad I held off cause we just got confirmation that he will receive his own dedicated limbs, instead of having to rely on the Aerialbots and Combaticons. All he needs now is his own dedicated frame and we're golden, but this has already turned him around for me.

My "Prospectives" reviews are mainly designed to be looser, more free flowing thoughts about figures with upcoming releases. I mainly make them for figures I'm unsure of getting, whether out of personal disinterest or general uncertainty of if I'm even able to grab it once it is available. That last part especially; if you want a certain figure, it's best to either buy it online or pick it up the moment ya see it, cause there's no guarantee you'll see it again. That's how I missed out on the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Troop Builder 4-pack (even if I mainly just wanted the Animated Universe Autotrooper).
I already took a peak at the Age of the Primes 4-pack, and will be looking at SS86 Megatron next week. They'll likely become more common place as my collection thins out and I have less in-hand stuff to talk about, but for now, they'll be another Grab Bag choice: once a week if needed or there's something in particular I wanna talk about.
I mainly said this so I could air out what properly qualifies for a Prospective. I was considering SS86 Mixmaster, Scavenger, and Grimlock for one, but I am for sure gonna get those, so might as well wait to properly review them. The AotP 4-pack tho, still unsure of even if I would like to have it.
