hey francesca! I’m gonna go with this strax + clara + twelve one from deep breath because i genuinely forgot this scene even happened and it’s so funny! Like i can’t fucking believe i forgot about this gem of a line! All the gifs are really crisp and sharp too

Ahhh i’m a giant history nerd so this question is really hard for me and changes all the time! At any given point it’s usually queens/powerful women in history like Elizabeth I, Eleanor of Aquitaine, and Cleopatra. rn i’m fascinated by Lorenzo de Medici and the Medici family in general since I’m watching Medici: the Magnificent on netflix

46: Is true world peace ever possible?

ideally we’d eventually evolve intellectually to the extent where a global peace pact takes precedence and priority over any sort of subordinate national law or economic concern or something, right?

unfortunately i don’t really think that’s possible purely because of the fact that humans are mortal, and so our wise elders who have seen pain or problems die, and new people who think they know best will inevitably prioritize something other than global peace and will try to take that something, and trying to squash any sort of violence or conflict like that before it begins gets dangerously close to a dictatorial rule, which is a different kind of violence or conflict in and of itself.

long stretches, i think, of world peace might be possible in the future. but not forever, no; we’re always going to have to start over

54: Can humans really understand the complete nature of the universe, space and time?

probably not. i’m not as bothered by that as i might have once been, since we can only live life forward and through the limited senses and brainpower we’ve been given. maybe someday in the future, though, as we continue to explore and educate, even if the understanding is mostly just done in theory.

pencil: do you own a journal?

i own too many journals tbh. i haven’t been great about writing in my most recent one as of late but it’s there and i’m trying

i also bought myself two different 2021 planners so you can see that my problem continues

nightlight: do you read before bed?

i used to on a daily basis, especially when i was a kid. i’d turn on the dimmer switch on my lamp so i could still see but my mom would think i’d turned off the light to sleep lol.

it’s harder to make the time to read before bed now, but i’m slowly trying to reinstate the habit
