Color Cattos is an Element Cattos fan project thing where different colors and shades are portrayed as little colorful cute kitties, each one with their own little hex code. This project also shows the diversity of colors and how many shades there are.
i don't only turn colors and shades into kitties, but color palettes as well! you can request individual colors, shades, or palettes to be made into cattos!

swearing is allowed here, but keep uncensored spellings to an absolute minimum; i use censored spellings when posting on this blog such as "frick", "heck" and "crap", and never uncensored ones... also please don't use the f-word uncensored in caps due to my sensitivies...
discussing NSFW topics and sending stuff is strictly prohibited... cuz the one (Static-Lives) who runs this blog is a minor and most of the contributors are too... and mind that this is a SFW project...
however, creating mature-ish cattos are allowed, just don't make em have very weird, and questionable NSFW personalities/designs...
don't send everything that can offend and weaken the runner of the blog... she's FRAGILE SENSITIVE...
includes like sending extremely negative messages/sayings, extreme threats, etc... even as jokes... and especially if they're all in caps...
you can draw whatever of the cattos!! i allow u to do so as long as they are SFW and appropriate!!! making ur own designs is appreciated too!!!

the public free folder mostly contains transparent PNG images of the cattos in their correct sub-folders. and those may include inaccuracies, redesigns, missing cattos, etc... there are some IPV files, which could only be imported onto the ibisPaint app...
