Finishing off my list of LN inktober ideas that I decided I HAD to make, WEEK 4

Day 23: Eyes By the end of this I’m feeling much more confident with fountain pens than when I started, I don’t think I’ve used em that much since high school

Day 26: Drown More brush pen + trying perspectives I’m not used to

Day 27: Fall Used tracing paper again on a whim because no way was I gonna lose the pencils I did for this

There’s not gonna be a “week 5″ since I didn’t come up with anything for the last few days lol

Extras: Alt for Day 23 with everyone’s normal colors

Pencils for Day 27 because I’m proud of them

Day 9: Hunt Didn’t use any particular techniques here, but figuring out relative values for the digital colors was tricky for some reason

Day 11: Light This is actually the first one I made, and I promptly discovered that water-based pens make Italian ink smear. I’m glad it didnt seriously mess things up, but I won’t be doing it again

Day 12: Dolls Trying to gauge how much ink vs digital to use when implying colors

Day 14: Shadows Same as previous, but Levity’s design lends itself better to this practice bc it’s mostly dark tones

Early warning signs

As a refresher, I wrote in this post that transmitters have different visual signifiers of their powers, but I neglected to mention that they tend to show “symptoms” years before it fully activates. In her case, a layer of her hair starts graying at an early age, and it gets harder and harder to conceal via wearing it in certain ways or covering it with accessories. She used to let her mother style it as she saw fit until she joined a certain gang of young rebels who never perceived her as dangerous at all.

Levity fans have been winning this past week,, anyways did y’all know she can “borrow” people’s faces (ft the ONLY instance of Ten’s eyes meeting the viewer under my jurisdiction)
