Greenpath is currently defended by three Behemoths. Specter tears through each of them quickly, but stops as the Lament rises from the Void covered floor.

The raid upon my domain shall occur in about three hours due to me having some business to attend to. This shall be the final chance to show interest in participating.
Once again, I hope @theabyssalshaman and Thistle of @mantis-sisters-of-battle can attend, both of whom are important.

I call upon six brave heroes to engage me in the Howling Cliffs tomorrow! Now I of course understand everyone wants a part of this rp combat event, but as previously mentioned the position is only for six people (I also have guest appearances that don't count towards this limit due to minor roles).
The chances are not the same for everyone, sadly. If interested, those who have taken active engagement in fighting the darkness.
The guaranteed spots on the team if wish be is to @theabyssalshaman and @mantis-sisters-of-battle, but only one of the sisters.
Those whom may have greater chance are @therunawayvessel for having the Battle of the Wastes impact the character, @vessels-led-astray for their tenacity, @ghost-of-hallownest (if alive) for their enthusiasm and lastly @shaman-of-the-moor for their direct message of interest. This does not guarantee that you are chosen in favor of someone else.
To show interest you should reblog this post and explain why you are a good fit for this. I will consider the characters for the dynamic brought to the raid. For example, I will not let a random husk in. It must be a story driven reason.
Now to understand the raid a little bit better I have a list.
It will contain puzzles requiring close attention to what I say and a great amount of cooperation.
It will contain combat following the Sad System which I have the rules to pinned.
It will take a very long time to complete unless responses are quick.
Breaks can be taken freely, but your turn will transfer if you take more than half an hour to respond.
The rules and effects are simple and I may make them up on the fly. These will most likely happen if you do something cool and I decide to reward you.

The Void in the Howling Cliffs rattles as the Lament of Extinction starts enacting its plans. The Void that has been spreading gets a spurt of energy, overwhelming the defenses put to stop it.
