i’m job searching (gag) and was looking through the descriptions of all the positions and i came across this. not to be dramatic but what type of detail is this? at best the employer is saying w their whole chest that they don’t care about the comfort of their employees who are spending 8 hours a day 40+ hours a week in that workspace but at worst this is a tactic to deter disabled people from applying. am i being crazy or is this a real scheme that employers pull
