For jewelry, there are tons of places in Manhattan to find cute, fun and inexpensive necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Jewelry can make a statement without being expensive! I often get complimented on items I’ve spent the least amount of money on.
toms makes ballet flats now! But I hear you. When I went in for my grad school interview I wore a new pair of flats that rubbed my heels so raw there were actual blood stains on the back of the shoes. Finding shoes that don’t hurt is a job and a half
yup i got home today and had a bloody sock (see, i wore the boat shoes without socks from my apartment to my subway stop, but had thrown socks in my bag just in case. IT WAS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE)
