I basically learned to cook fish through trial and error over the last couple years. It was easy, and I love seafood. Of course, I imagine I had a lot more time than you to do so

My dad's a really excellent cook. His show of affection when I was home last week was to buy me a cast iron pan (which I've been begging for because I learned how to cook on those and I don't know what to do with cheap pans) and teach me how to cook fish. I'm not a big seafood person. I used to not eat it at all, but I'm starting to like it a little more.

haha, it's what my dad showed me. xD Course, he's smart enough to know I don't really have time to bake things or whatever. This summer, sure, but not once marching season starts.

I find that lemon juice and oregano go well together, especially on salmon. You also want to change the types of seasoning depending on how you cook it: for example, dry seasoning works best with baking, but not great with broiling

And what kind of cooking is it called when you just stick it in a pan over med-high heat? lol.
