Fans are engaged through public relations when card art (pictured above) is set up at the games. Card art creates an image that has to do with the Stuttgart soccer team. This fan experience creates fan loyalty and excitement. The arena also engages with the public through promoting Stuttgart’s history through pictures in and around the stadium. Pictured above is a wall of Stuttgart’s best players. This type of promotion plays to die hard fans who have been involved for a long time. It also keeps pst players involved in the organization. This helps to keep a strong brand image.
