While Kenobi served as a diplomat, urging peace between battle lines and guidance on loose ended matters, Master Plo struck these politicians and businessmen as a servant of the Republic. Though, Plo made a point to say he was a servant of the public rather than just that of the governments congregating within the Senate. They believed that serving the Republic, however, meant he was at their personal disposal.
The thought did not sit well with Aishah. Their constant barrage of attempts to force his hand, make him pick a side, or declare one person superior to the others gave her a headache. Judging by the permanent frown on Wolffe’s face, he also disapproved of the situation.
In fact, Wolffe seemed displeased, he often shifted his position to loom over the Kel Dor’s shoulder as best he could. He caught the eye of these unsavory types and it ended discussions teetering on dangerous territory.
