ok so i was thinking about opening reALLY cheap commissions (like $1-3)

it could range from:

doodle dumps (7-15 small drawings on one canvas, not colored) (x) : $2

colored drawings (x, x, x) : $1-$3

sketches/sprite edits (x, x, x) : may range from $1-$3 depending on difficulty and whether it is colored or not

So, I was talking to Kisu (kisu-no-hi@tumblr) that wow people sell their writing and fanfics. And she goes "Yeah I'd buy them." And i'm like ??? wait really? You would?! and she's like "hell yeah! Since i admire people who got talent and skills in writing!" and i'm like "??? I'd buy art but... fics???" (but i kinda get what she means since i admire people who can draw...)

it was such... a foreign concept to me o.o;; anyways apparently this is super normal, guess i was in durarara fandom too long? Since no one in drrr fandom sold fanfics...

Anyways... So Kisu pretty much forced me to promise that i'd try commissioning?? I think it would be a good experience if anything but wow... i'm not even sure where to start. Pricing is one thing but, do i show in-progress work? If the receiver doesn't like the middle, do i change the middle??? What do I do if the receiver doesn't like the fic? Do i write another fic? Do I start over???

i almost wish i knew someone who sold writing so i can ask some basic questions o.o;;;
