I am writing to protest the Ipswich Planning Department’s “Community Development Plan: Prioritizing Goals Survey” that residents of Ipswich are being asked to fill out.

Basically, the survey is designed to set priorities for the town for the next 15 years by winnowing down a set of goals from 17 to perhaps six.
