Somehow it is not a surprise a sperm whale was found dead with its stomach full of more than 1000+ pieces of plastics equivalent to 6kgs of rubbish in Jakarta. Indonesia has been the second largest consumers of plastic. We should totally start rewarding people who brings their own tote bags or charge them for plastic bags when grocery shopping.
