i think the reason i like kim minseok so much is because of his personality. he’s the oldest of exo but not the leader; he’s a korean but not in exo-k. but he follows kris and suho still while taking care of them and his other nine dongsaengs. he’s a quiet support, he doesn’t get a lot of spotlight, but he still shines.

the reason sm accepted him was because of his singing (he was second in the everysing contest only to jino of sm the ballad), but he doesn’t get a lot of lines. and though he was accepted for singing he dances so amazingly well too, but he doesn’t get to show his dancing skills often either. he has so much talent but he still stands in the shadows of the other members.

even though he doesn’t get much of the spotlight he’s happy to be where he is, and he admires his fellow members while striving to be better. he always looks to improve.

he was a trainee the longest after suho, 5 yrs i think? he never gave up on his dream, even when he suddenly (maybe half a year before debut) got put in a mandarin sub-group and started learning a whole new language.

so i guess i like him so much because he’s so perfect to me in a slighter, less obvious way; he may not be the best singer, best dancer, best looking, tallest, smartest, most slender, most funny- but i wouldn’t have him any other way. 

and that he’s cute as hell and has a baby face that doesn’t match his muscular body are bonuses too

I listen to a lot of everything, actually! I really like folk indie for that home-y feel, alt/indie rock’s awesome, I also really love everything EDM, anything chillwave is a win in my book omg

Seriously there are TONS more, I listed groups that I have like, all their songs in my iTunes or pretty close, but there are a lot of “one/two hit wonders” that I play on repeat every now and then, like Twigs and Patchwork and ONE OK ROCK and Zion. T (which I actually have his whole Red Light album; love R&B funky lounge music goddamn) ohohgmgjk
