I Want To Cry

So our computer just gave us the blue screen of death. We had to set it back to factory settings. Everything that wasn’t uploaded to simfileshare is gone. That includes almost of all of my sims, the builds I had modified, my custom save, everything. I. Want. To. Cry.

But yeah, after my queue runs out after the 26th, a lot of saves are being scrapped/started over later cuz I cannot remake all the sims I need 😭😭😭😭 

Soooooooooo..... there’s gonna be some changes around here! 

Saves that are staying:

100 Berry Babies- I uploaded the I think gen 1 household and at least I can have sims that are genetically related to gen 1 instead of brand new ones and having to start all over. So I can start from gen 3, just probably with a different sim.

Black Widows- I’m going to try and recreate Lorelai and Freya again as I was really enjoying it. I’ll have to re download the sims you guys made for me AGAIN. Dx

Musique- but it’s not going to be story driven anymore. New sims 😭 new gameplay. I will make a separate post later summarizing what I had wrote so you all can at least know where it was headed

Get A Life- I’m gonna try my best to recreate Angela and get Pheonix downloaded again

I would say rags to riches but meh. I kinda wanna try to at least remake Opal tho cuz I did love her.

When and if I ever finish these, I’ll start up a new:

Astrology Legacy

BPR (I never did get to start this one officially so not that big a deal- I have the whole first gen wrote tho xD and a little planned for gen 2)

& NSB- starting from a YA rose gen- most likely will be purely gameplay

This does give me an opportunity to clear out some saves so I don’t have so many at once. Cuz not gonna lie, playing a save on rotation every like 4 months was bull xD every 2 is a lot better!

God I just wanna sob, but what good would it do? I really loved these sims and I was actually proud of my Musique story. But like I said, I’ll do a post summarizing what I had written out for that at least. There is no way I’m recreating ummm 5 sims plus their families, and most of their families had both parents and several kids. Plus classmates and background characters.

But yeah, I’m gonna take a break from posting here for a while, cuz this has just sapped all of my motivation. Plus, having to get back cc is gonna be a pain. Might start a different blog on Blogger, haven’t decided yet. I think some actual writing for a change would be good for me. I have no idea what to name it though. I want a name that lets me write about lots of different things, including some original fiction drabbles.

TLDR: My computer had to be reset to factory settings and I’m (semi)scrapping half my saves and taking a break for a while. Might start a blog on Blogger for some actual writing in the meantime.

some days, i feel like my computer's keyboard is trying to gaslight me, specifically the enter and space keys.

evidence: i was CERTAIN i typed "keyboard" when writing the tags, yet my idiot keyboard said "sorry, did you mean keyboat?", like, what even is a keyboat?
