closed starter for @fckinkai location: cafe earlier, dani had shot kai a text message. somehow, in the middle of the night, it had dawned on him where he knew the other. it had been an immensely exciting moment! he’d been tempted to call the other man at that very moment, but he’d settled himself down, gone back to sleep, and shot out a text in the morning asking to meet at one of the beach side cafes. running a hand through his dyed pink hair, he excitedly taps his foot as he waits for the other to arrive. he’d come early, wanting to make sure he was, for once, on time. the waitress brings over the cup of coffee he’d ordered earlier & he doctors the cup of joe with a little bit of milk, no sugar. spotting the other, dani waves him over, unable to control the big smile spreading across his face. “kai! hey! how’re you?”
