The cello has always been one of my favorite instruments—there’s something about its depth and resonance that inspires me, especially when I’m writing or creating alone in my studio. So when my friend, the renowned cellist Tim Loo, mentioned he needed a new headshot and would be bringing his cello along, I was genuinely excited. Tim is not only a joy to photograph, but during our session, he actually played while we captured a few frames. It was an incredible experience to witness his artistry up close.
