Name: morris "moe" maxwell

Monster codename: sniping monster: coneshot

Appearance: as a human, moe was a tall african american man who was...well...bald. he often wore formal clothing as his usual attire.

Abilities:

Behavior: coneshot mostly sits atop high vantage points, soaking up the sun and scoruing the land, firing expolsive pellets out of his proboscis at anything that moves.

Desire: moe was one of the greatest skeet shooters america had ever seen, with an almost perfect aiming record. He become so engrossed in his favorite sport that when injected with achievement, he metamorphisized into a cresture that was built for shooting moving targets.
